Ms. Brittingham has worked in real estate private equity for approximately four years and in public accounting for three years. Prior to joining Clairvue Capital Partners, Ms. Brittingham was an Assistant Vice President on the Investment Management Team at Buchanan Street Partners, a California based real estate private equity fund manager, where she was responsible for the asset management of fund investments and the underwriting and due diligence for potential equity and debt investments. She also oversaw investor relations and reporting of the Real Property Funds at Buchanan.

Prior to joining Buchanan, Ms. Brittingham was the Assistant Portfolio Controller at Maier Siebel Baber, a California based real estate private equity investment manager owned by US Trust Company, where she managed the accounting and reporting for the firm’s funds and separate accounts. Prior to Maier Seibel, Ms. Brittingham spent three years in public accounting with Deloitte where her clients included a real estate firm and Fortune 500 companies.

Ms. Brittingham is a licensed CPA and received a Masters in accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. She is also a member of ULI- YLG in San Francisco.
