Mr. Cleveland has worked in the real estate, private equity and capital markets sectors in the U.S. and Europe for the last 15 years.

Previously, Mr. Cleveland served as Director of Business Development at Liquid Realty Partners where he played a key role in sourcing new real estate private equity secondaries investments and assisted in the firm’s capital raising activities. Prior to joining Liquid Realty, Mr. Cleveland was a Vice President of Capital Dynamics, a Swiss-based private equity manager with $20 billion under management, where he was instrumental in the establishment and growth of its North American business. Before Capital Dynamics, Mr. Cleveland worked in the debt capital markets division of Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was a member of an origination team that lead‐managed over $10 billion of corporate financings. Mr. Cleveland began his career at Bank of America as a financial analyst in the capital markets division. Immediately prior to joining Clairvue Capital Partners, Mr. Cleveland acted as the board advisor and project manager for North Shore Land Holdings, a fully funded $150 million luxury resort and residential development project in the Caribbean.

Mr. Cleveland holds a Bachelors degree from the University of South Carolina, where he studied Economics and German. He has been a member/delegate to the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and is a frequent speaker at real estate industry conferences. In 2007 Mr. Cleveland was selected by PERE (Private Equity Real Estate) magazine as one of 20 “rising stars” under 40 (years old) in the real estate industry.
