



Mr. Granoff has approximately 15 years of real estate experience. Prior to
joining Clairvue Capital Partners, Mr. Granoff was a senior member of the
Merchant Banking Group at Prudential Real Estate Investors (“PREI”) where he was
a Principal and responsible for U.S. investment originations and portfolio and
asset management for a series of real estate funds totaling approximately $1.8
billion of equity. He also served on the board of directors of several real
estate portfolio companies and was responsible for the sourcing and the
management of real estate company and joint venture investments totaling
approximately $500MM of invested equity.
Immediately prior to PREI, Mr. Granoff was a Principal in the Real Estate and
Asset Based Investment Group at Arcapita, Inc, a leading Atlanta-based private
equity firm.
Prior to joining Arcapita, Mr. Granoff was an Associate in the Real Estate
Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley in New York for three years where he
specialized in corporate finance and provided strategic advise to REITs, real
estate operating companies, real estate funds and developers and executed
capital markets transactions in excess of $5 billion.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Granoff was an Investment Associate in the
Opportunistic Investing Group at PREI for a year, and a financial analyst in the
Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Prudential Securities, Inc. for two
years.
Mr. Granoff received a BA from Dartmouth College and a MBA from the Johnson
Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
