Clairvue Capital Partners (together with its affiliates, "Clairvue") is a real
estate private equity fund manager focused on Specified Indirect real estate
investments in funds and other types of RE vehicles. Specified, because
the majority of each investment consists of existing properties, with minimal
blind pool risk. Indirect, because we invest behind strong managers and
do not seek to change control. Our investments can be structured as common
equity, preferred equity or subordinated debt and we often tailor the investment
structure to fit our partners' needs.
By focusing on Specified Indirect investing, Clairvue is able to provide
liquidity to a broad range of investors and situations in the institutional real
estate market. We work with general partners, limited partners, operators and
direct owners to capitalize their real estate holdings and to generate liquidity
to help to facilitate their business objectives. For more information on our
investment strategy, please go to the Strategy section
of our website.
Clairvue’s investment scope is global and includes all real estate property
types. Clairvue is owned by its principals and is currently investing Clairvue
Capital Partners I, an investment partnership with capital provided by Goldman
Sachs Asset Management’s Private Equity Group.
The name Clairvue was inspired by the French words for clear (claire) and view
(vue) to reflect the firm’s dedication to transparency as a fiduciary and
clarity of intellect and vision in the investment process. The Clairvue crystal
clear globe icon represents the clarity we value in our business culture and our
global investment activities.
